The playoffs will consist of 4 teams.

The winner of Pool A and Pool B will advance to the playoffs.

In Pool C the winning team along with the 2nd place team (due to 6 teams in this pool) will advance to the playoffs. The 2nd place team of Pool C will automatically be seeded 4th in the playoffs.
