The 4 Pool Winners (A, B, C and D) will advance to the playoffs and will be seeded 1-4. 

The Runner up of Pool C will also advance to the playoffs as there are 6 teams in this pool. 

There will also be 1 overall WILDCARD team advancing to the playoffs.

The Runner up of Pool C and the WILDCARD team will be seeded 5 and 6 according to Diamond Nation Playoff Seeding Rules.
